Work Place Fire Safety
As part of your Fire Strategy your Fire Risk Assessment is the fundemental start point to ensure that your work place is compliant and more importantly safe!
UK Legislation under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005, England and Wales and The Scotland Fire Act 2005 are designed to make the employer, landlord, senior person on site and employees legally responsible for the implementation and maintenance of fire legislation in their workplace.
Fire Risk Assessment
We Risk Assess any organisation regardless of their industry. Residential Care Homes, Offices, Warehouses, Factories, Hotels, Hospitals and Educational Premises.
Your Fire Risk Assessment will come in 13 sections:

- Potential sources of combustion
- Potential sources of oxygen
- Limiting fire spread
- Persons at risk
- Means of escape
- Fire alarm system
- Emergency lighting
- Signs and signals
- Firefighting equipment
- Management of fire safety
- Risk Level Indicator
- Significant findings – Action plans
Our Risk Assessor will need access to all areas of the site. Just ensure that an authorised person is on site the day/days of the risk assessment.
A PDF copy will be emailed to you upon completion and once you are happy that all details are correct we will send the final documents in PDF Format. A hard copy in a red fire training folder can be purchased at an extra cost of £20 plus VAT. This includes postage.

Your bespoke Emergency Evacuation Plans will include:
Fire Incident Coordinator Board
Fire Marshal Sweep Zone Board
Fire Action Notice Board for General Staff including plan
Fire Strategy, Management Policy and Procedure
The plans will be emailed to you and once you are happy they are all accurate we will send the final documents in PDF format. Alternaitvely printed options are available at the extra production cost.
