FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

 

A Fire Risk Assessment is the fundemental start point to ensure that your work place is both compliant and more importantly safe!

 

UK Legislation under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, England and Wales and The Scotland Fire Act 2005 are designed to make the employer, landlord, senior person on site and employees legally responsible for the implementation and maintenance of fire legislation in their workplace.

 

 

Fire Risk Assessment

We Risk Assess any organisation regardless of their industry. Offices, warehouses, factories, hotels, hospitals and educational premises.

 

Your Fire Risk Assessment will come complete with:

  • Fire Strategy Management Policy and Procedure

  • Significant Findings - Action Plan

Our Risk Assessor will need access to all areas of the site. Just ensure that an authorised person is on site the day/days of the risk assessment.

 

A PDF copy will be emailed to you upon completion and once you are happy that all details are correct we will send the final documents in PDF Format. A hard copy in a red fire training folder can be purchased at an extra cost of £20 plus VAT. This includes postage.

 

The cost for a small size organisations is £599 plus VAT.

The cost for a medium size organisations is £899 plus VAT. 

The cost for a large size organisations is £1250 plus VAT. 

 

 

Emergency Evacuation Plans

The Sweep and Clear System is recognised by the Fire Authority as the best system to confirm the evacuation of a building. As part of our Fire Risk Assessment we draw high quality Fire Marshal Sweep Zone Plans, Fire Action Notice Boards and write your personalised evacuation procedures.

 

You can book your Emergency Evacuation Plans to your Fire Risk Assessment Booking or any of the Half Day In House Course Booking.

 

Your bespoke Emergency Evacuation Plans will include:

  • Fire Incident Coordinator Board

  • Fire Marshal Sweep Zone Board

  • Fire Action Notice Board for General Staff including plan

 

Horizontal Evacuation Plans

The Progessive Horizontal Evacuation is necessary where the residents are dependent on staff to assist with their escape. As part of our Fire Risk Assessment we draw high quality Horizontal Evacutaion Plans, Fire Action Notice Boards and write your personalised evacuation procedures.

 

Your bespoke Horizontal Evacuation Plans will include:

  • Fire Action Notice Board for Nurse in Charge and Care Staff

  • Fire Action Notice Board for Zone Sweep Team

 

You can add your Emergency / Horizontal Evacuation Plans to your Fire Risk Assessment Booking or any of the Half Day In House Course Booking.

The plans will be emailed to you and once you are happy they are all accurate we will send the final documents in PDF format. Alternaitvely printed options are available at the extra production cost.
